Does waxing the best for hair removal and does it eventually get rid of the hair?

I heard the more you wax the better your overall appearance aka less hair comes in, etc.
Is it true when you wax the hair comes in finer and less often?
Doing my first Brazillian next week and scared to death! But I gotta tame my hair cycle! Laser hasnt helped at all but I lost so much money! Same with electrolysis!
From my experience, if you wax on a regular basis (For me it’s every three weeks) hair starts to grow in more slowly and finer, which gives the appearance of having less of it.
I strongly suggest going to a professional for waxing if you want the best results.
