New Centerville salon says it’s ‘fashion-forward’
CENTERVILLE — Salon Noir opened recently at 24 E. Franklin St. in Centerville.The new business caters to the “fashion-forward client,” or those who are into current trends and style, according to owner Amber Bromer.
